Final Painting:
I chose this drawing of myself because this was the first time I felt completely normal and confident in myself and my identity after I cut my hair short after having it long for most of my life. I originally did the background but I felt it was taking away from the actual portrait part so I cut the painting of me out and slapped it on a new piece of paper. It looks a lot better this way in my opinion!
